Villa Tre Cariole is a Holiday Home Ideal for families or couples looking for a break from the stress. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, and with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The geographical context of the Villa is ideal for excursions on Lake Como and the Alps (see our blogs/useful links page). On foot you can reach the beautiful Baia di Piona, from which a cycle path runs alongside the lake and the whole Adda river for several kilometers. At 1 km is located the Piona railway station.
In the surrounding area there are a bar, a small supermarket, restaurants, farmhouses and pizzerias.
Lake Como offers many opportunities for a pleasant holiday for all tastes. There are several sports that can be practiced: canoeing, windsurfing and kitesurfing, tennis, horse riding. Do not miss the boat tours, visiting the famous villas of the lake, and several itineraries such as Varenna, Bellagio, Lecco, Como. You can make several excursions in the mountains such as the top of Legnone with its spectacular view of the Alps and lakes.

We offer three independent apartments of various sizes, all with their own patio with table, and private parking; they share access to the large garden, the pool, the barbecue with its picnic table.
Prices depend on the season and number of people; stays longer of a week or longer receive an automatic 10% discount. A minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights is required during the low and high season respectively, unless there are special promotions ongoing.
Babies younger than 12 months stay for free: please let us know and we will prepare a cot and a babies’ chair (Cariola Lago and Monti only).
